Efstathios Yfantis is the Founder of Phea Marine Solutions.
Bringing with more than 20 years of experience as a Master Mariner, Maritime Instructor, and Class Surveyor, he brings a well-rounded, operations-focused perspective to ship command, marine operations, and technical assessment.
His background combines seagoing leadership with shore-based advisory and survey activities, enabling practical and compliant solutions aligned with real operational demands.
He has been actively involved in the development of maritime professionals through knowledge transfer, operational mentoring, and the promotion of safety-driven decision-making. His work as a Class Surveyor further reinforces a disciplined approach to vessel condition, compliance, and operational readiness.
He founded Phea Marine Solutions with the objective of delivering maritime services defined by clarity, integrity, and purpose.
